Class sessions - every Wednesday, 7.30-9.30pm
@ Beaufort Community Centre, Iford - £5.00
(Private lessons will be charged at £15 for two hours and are available to existing class students only)
Students must be aged 16 years or older
There is no special 'uniform' required, however, due to the physical nature of the training sessions students should wear - trainers, t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms or shorts. Jewellery should also be removed.
